Food log for the remaining day after breakfast:
1. Yogurt with cookie and raspberry crumble
2. Two sushi rolls: Salmon and prawn
3. Five small famous amos cookies (no pictures)
4. 1.5 piece of large soft cookie
5. Choc frost brownie
6. 4 muffin tops
OMGGG so much unnecessary sugar. I’m gna turn into a muffin top -.- Note to self: MUST eat less & healthier tomorrow.

Are you an emotional eater like me?
The past few days I turned into a monstrous emotional eater (to deal with my break up). I ate countless of cookies after muffins after chocolates after gummy after bubble tea after coffee after cider and the cycle goes on. I’m always like this. My first source of comfort comes from food automatically. So since google is where I usually search for answers… Here goes a suggest solution...

Prepared a healthy dinner for me and 3 other friends. Each of us later then had an orange, a bubble milk tea and a lil bit of spicy tapioca. Nomnomnom. We went to watch Breaking Dawn afterwards and we were horrified by the digitally modified ill Bella who was way too skinny. But she was SO GORGEOUS during the wedding~

2 bowls of barley + soft boiled egg with cheese and basil. P.s. Don’t underestimate the power of these grains. They are great substitutes for meals (super filling, try em’ for yourself if you don’t believe) and definitely way healthier ^^

The 7 mistakes we all make
I went on a massive eating spree on Saturday. So not cool. But anyway, I came up with 7 mistakes that we urban people often commit without realizing it:
1. Muesli bars are not as healthy as real foods 2. Bubble tea is a dessert and not a drink 3. Losing self control during buffet spreads 4. Under estimating gummy bears 5. Eating while watching the TV or at movies 6. Binge drinking = empty...

The last time I updated was on Thursday morning. So for the remaining Thursday I didn’t eat much but I didn’t eat healthily either: 10 crunchy Famous Amos cookies, a cup of bubble tea and a large salmon avocado sushi roll. The next day aka yesterday (Friday) I woke up & I was still of the same bloody weight: 47 kg -.-
Anyway I’m here to share with you smoking hot...
